The Mixhuca Tech-Hub
Located within a vast industrial warehouse in the Magdalena Mixhuca district of Mexico City, this project is a surgical interior alteration designed for a leading electronics importer. The challenge was to insert a high-performance corporate environment into a raw, industrial shell without losing the expansive sense of the original structure.
The architectural "atmosphere" is defined by a series of geometric prisms and glass partitions in technical blue tones, which organize the open floor plan into functional zones. These translucent volumes provide acoustic privacy while maintaining total visual connectivity. The material palette creates a dialogue between opposites: the cool, clinical precision of backlit panels and white marble surfaces meets the vast, dark volumes of the industrial roof. The result is a futuristic workspace that reflects the speed and innovation of the global electronics market.
