The Mixhuca Tech-Hub

WHERE INNOVATION MEETS INDUSTRIAL EDGE

Inside a massive industrial warehouse in Mexico City's Magdalena Mixhuca district, we created a sleek, high-performance office for a leading electronics importer. The challenge? Insert a modern workspace into a raw industrial shell without losing the building's expansive, open feel.

The solution: geometric glass partitions in cool blue tones that organize the open floor plan into functional zones while maintaining visual connectivity. These translucent volumes provide acoustic privacy for meetings and focus work, but keep the space feeling open and collaborative.

The design plays with contrasts: clinical precision meets industrial grit. Backlit panels and white marble surfaces contrast against the dark, towering industrial roof. It's futuristic, efficient, and totally unique.

This is a workspace for forward-thinking companies that want to inspire innovation and move fast.
