La Geometria Del Sabor
Located in the vibrant La Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City, this boutique ice cream shop is centered around a single, dramatic architectural element: a 3D-textured wood feature wall. This sculptural installation, crafted from warm local timber, serves as the soul of the space, creating a play of light and shadow that evolves throughout the day.
By contrasting this intricate wood lattice with a palette of everyday materials—exposed concrete, raw steel, and industrial glass—the design achieves a "refined-utilitarian" atmosphere. The minimalist approach focuses on the sensory experience, where the complexity of the wooden wall mirrors the artisanal layers of the gelato served.
